Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the Mothers who Pray for their Children 3rd Australian Conference (the "Event"), you ("Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Photography and Videography
- The Event Organiser may capture photos and videos during the Event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
- By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any photographs, recordings, or videos taken at the Event, which will be the property of the 'Mothers Who Pray for Their Children' movement. These materials may be used for future advertising or promotion of the movement across various media channels.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the Event Organiser in writing prior to the Event.
2. Contact Information
- By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving communications from the Event Organiser, including updates about the Event and information related to the 'Mothers Who Pray for Their Children' movement.
- You may opt out of receiving further communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email communication.
3. Ticket Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable once 'the Event' begins, except in the case of Event cancellation by the Organiser or under extreme circumstances.
- Tickets are transferable; however, the Event Organiser must be notified of any changes to the ticket holder’s details no later than 48 hours before the Event.
4. Event Changes
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event’s program, schedule, or location. Ticket Holders will be notified as soon as possible of any significant changes.
5. Health and Safety
- Ticket Holders are expected to comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the Event Organiser and venue.
- If you feel unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend the Event.
6. Liability
- The Event Organiser will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Event.
- Ticket Holders are responsible for their own personal belongings.
7. Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and in alignment with the values of the 'Mothers Who Pray for Their Children' movement. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
8. Force Majeure
- The Event Organiser shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
9. Agreement
- By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
