All tickets issued by Scouts Victoria School Holiday Program are subject to the following summary conditions:

1. Tickets are sold on behalf of Scouts Victoria. The ticket is not transferable.

2. Scouts Victoria reserves the right to refuse admission or to request a visitor to leave the holiday program facilities. Scout Victoria’s Refund/Cancellation Policy will apply.

3. All youth participants and family members are expected to follow the Scout School Holiday Program Code of Conduct.

4. Scout School Holiday Program ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event that your child cannot attend on the booked date due to illness, advise us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and provide a medical certificate, a refund may be offered subject to the discretion of Scouts Victoria. No-shows (failure to attend on the day without prior contact) will result in forfeiture of the booking. Tickets cannot be exchanged for credit or cash, transferred into another name or sold to another party. Requests for cancellation should be made in writing via shp@scoutsvictoria.com.au. If the Scout School Holiday Program is unable to run due to conditions restricting our ability to operate, then a full refund will be processed.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
