3. Participant Eligibility – The clinic is open to Trinity Grammar School students in Years 7-10 and Year 6 Trinity Junior School students.

4. Payment & Refunds – All bookings are final, and refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the event organisers.

5. Medical & Injury Disclaimer – Participants acknowledge that football is a contact sport and accept any associated risks. Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries in advance.

6. Supervision & Conduct – Participants must follow instructions from clinic staff and coaches. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the clinic without a refund.

7. Liability Waiver – Trinity Grammar School and McDonald Management are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the clinic.

8. Media Consent – Photos/videos may be taken during the clinic for promotional purposes. If a participant does not consent, the organiser must be informed in writing before the event.

9. BYO Lunch Requirement – Participants must bring their own lunch (no nuts), as no catering will be provided.

10. Weather Policy – In the event of extreme weather, alternative arrangements may be made. Participants will be notified of any changes.
