In purchasing this ticket, I promise that:
1. I am a current member of Swordcraft Ltd or by agreeing here I am joining and have agreed to the terms and conditions of membership (see copy below).
2. I will comply with all directions from Swordcraft Ltd officials including about game play, health and safety, site rules, and emergency management.
3. I will comply with the Swordcraft Ltd game rules and event rules published by Swordcraft Ltd.
4. If I am over 18, to not consume so much alcohol as to create a nuisance or disrupt the event.
5. If I am under 18, to not consume alcohol.
6. To not bring or use illegal drugs at the event.
7. If I bring children under the age of 15 to the event, be responsible for their behaviour at all times and provide adequate supervision.
8. If I am injured and the medics provided by Swordcraft Ltd deem that I need to be urgently transported to hospital by ambulance, I agree to such transport at my own cost.
9. That if I breach any of these promises, I acknowledge and accept that Swordcraft Ltd may at its complete discretion remove me from the event without notice or right of appeal.
10. I acknowledge that Swordcraft is a community of volunteers and is not competent or qualified to assist me with complex mental or physical health conditions that I am not able to manage myself, and reserves the right to require me to leave the event with or without a refund if it deems that, in its complete discretion, it is unable to safely support me.
11. That in purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge that I do not have a right of refund if I am unable to or choose not to attend the event and that Swordcraft Ltd provides no guarantees that I will be able to transfer my ticket to a third party. Transfer requests cannot be accepted within the 7 days of the event.
12. If Swordcraft Ltd cancels the event prior to or during the event, my right to a refund is limited to the amount of the ticket price LESS any booking or credit card fees and less any unrecoverable expenses incurred by Swordcraft Ltd in preparing for and running the event.
Membership terms and conditions
I, for myself, my heirs and executors AGREE that:-
1. I am entering this Agreement in my own name and on my own behalf and accept non-voting event membership in Swordcraft Ltd.
2. While taking part in Swordcraft, I shall be bound by the Rules of the game of Swordcraft and its Code of Conduct (published on its website) as amended from time to time.
4. I am fully aware that Swordcraft:
4.1 as a physical contact combat sport with the hazards including but not limited to those associated with physical contact between players and their weapons, both intentional and unintentional; and
4.2 is played both indoors and outdoors with potential hazards including but not limited to, uneven surfaces, obstructions, tripping and falling, wild and domestic animals, allergies, fire and smoke, heat and cold, dehydration and drowning, mental health,
and so is inherently dangerous and will expose me to the risk of bodily harm and potentially death. By participating in Swordcraft games and events, I voluntarily accept the risk of bodily harm and death and to my property.
5. I release and indemnify and shall keep indemnified Swordcraft Ltd and all its officials, members, and fellow participants from and against all claims, actions, proceedings and demands of whatever kind relating to any injury, loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused to my person or property arising out of or in connection with my participation in the game of Swordcraft and events organised by Swordcraft Ltd.
