By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser, as well as agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
-I, the parent/legal guardian, understand that participation in physical activities, exercise classes, and related programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, contact with equipment or other participants, dehydration, and in rare cases, serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, personal injury, or property damage that may be sustained by my child while participating in this activity.
-In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize the facility or program staff to seek appropriate medical attention for my child. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.
-In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in this exercise program, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Precision Athletic Development, Gowa Power and TheFemaleCo, its employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by my child while participating in this program.
-I acknowledge that my child may attend and participate in this program without a parent or guardian present during the activity. I understand that Precision Athletic Development, Gowa Power and TheFemaleCo staff will provide reasonable supervision during program hours, but that my child is expected to follow all safety rules and behave appropriately. I agree to hold harmless the program and its staff from any liability arising from my child’s behaviour or decisions made in my absence.
