1) You enter our Premises and ride our Trains at your own risk
2) You will be monitored by CCTV while on our Premises
3) You will obey all instructions given by our staff
4) You will not hold us responsible for injuries caused by actions of the Public, including yourself
5) EVERY passenger, except very young babies, must have a ride ticket
6) When riding our trains you will wear fully enclosed shoes
7) When riding our trains you will remain seated, facing forward, keep your feet on the foot-boards, sit up straight, and not lean over.
8) We recommend you DO NOT TAKE PICTURES while on the train, and we will not be held responsible for injuries resulting from you doing so.

NOTE: Despite our best efforts, injury may occur. If you cause injury to another person you may be prosecuted.

Be aware that steam engines are hot, emit smoke and steam and sometimes cinders. This is an integral part of the attraction of this type of motive power. It might be best if you don't wear your best clothes!
