These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for the Canberra Adult Ballet Intensive hosted by Claire Voss. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment
1.1. All ticket sales are final and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
1.2. Tickets must be purchased through the official event booking platform.
1.3. Full payment is required at the time of booking. No reservations will be held without payment.

2. Refunds & Cancellations
2.1. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if the event is canceled, rescheduled, or significantly altered.
2.2. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.
2.3. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant with prior written approval from the event organizer.

3. Event Changes & Cancellation
3.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, or venue if necessary.
3.2. If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
3.3. In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), the organizer may reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

4. Liability, Participation & Waiver
4.1. Participants take part in the event at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
4.2. It is the responsibility of each participant to assess their physical capability to take part in ballet classes.
4.3. Participants will be required to complete a Health & Liability Waiver Form before the event. Failure to complete and sign this form may result in exclusion from the event, with no entitlement to a refund.
4.4. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a participant from the event if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

5. Photography & Media
5.1. By attending, you consent to photography and video recording, which may be used for promotional purposes.
5.2. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organizer in writing before the event.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1. Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event administration and communication purposes.
6.2. Your details will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
