Payment is required at the time of purchase via TryBooking's secure payment gateway.
All transactions are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted except as outlined below.

Upon successful purchase, tickets will be delivered electronically via email or available for download through the TryBooking platform. Valid tickets must be presented upon entry to the performance.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organiser.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, refunds or exchanges will be processed.

The host reserves the right to cancel or reschedule performances due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email, and instructions for obtaining a refund or attending the rescheduled performance will be provided through TryBooking.

Doors open 20 minutes prior to the performance. Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of staff. Seating is either assigned or general admission as specified at the time of purchase. Requests for specific seating cannot be guaranteed.

Tickets are valid only for the performance date and time specified. Tickets purchased through TryBooking may not be resold or transferred without prior authorisation from the host. Unauthorised resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket and denial of entry.

Patrons are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other audience members and theatre staff. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without a refund. The use of recording devices, including cameras and phones, is prohibited during performances unless explicitly authorised.

The host reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
