1. General
This course is operated by Paul Cale's Trained Staff.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All participants must be 18 years or older, unless otherwise approved in writing by the organiser.
2. Safety
Safety is our top priority. Participants must follow all instructions from instructors and staff at all times.
Failure to comply with safety directions may result in removal from the course without refund.
No live weapons, firearms, or prohibited items are permitted on site.
This course involves physical activity and simulated scenarios. Please notify staff of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating.
3. Liability & Risk
Participants acknowledge that the course involves physical contact and practical exercises that carry inherent risks.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Paul Cale, and associated instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation except where required by law.
Participants must sign a waiver before commencing training.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser.
Name changes or transfers are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the course start time.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered a full refund or credit for a future course.
5. Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Recording or photography during training sessions is prohibited without instructor consent.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected through registration will only be used for course administration and compliance with Australian privacy laws.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Course Changes
The organiser reserves the right to modify course content, timing, or location due to operational requirements or safety considerations.
Any significant changes will be communicated promptly to registered participants.
