1) Enrolment & Payment
- Full payment is required to secure enrolment. Places are limited and confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2) Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations received 7 days or more before the term commences will receive a full refund (less administration/transaction fees).
- Cancellations received less than 7 days before the term commences or after the term has commenced are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for missed classes due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
- No make-up classes are offered for missed sessions.
- If a session is cancelled due to school closure or by the organiser, a credit or refund will be provided for the affected session(s).
3) Supervision
- The program operates only during scheduled session times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child outside these hours and must ensure prompt collection.
- Repeated late pick-ups may result in withdrawal from the program without refund.
4) Behaviour
- Students are expected to behave respectfully and safely. Continued inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
5) Medical & Emergency
- Parents must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information. First aid will be administered where required and emergency services contacted if necessary.
6) Changes
- The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to scheduling, instructors, or program content if required.
