It is agreed that the studio retains the copyright to all images taken at your session.

Sessions are booked by payment of the non-refundable booking and session fee of $195 which includes the session itself and 5 digital images. Images will be delivered online via digital download.
The payment of our booking fee is to reserve your allocated shoot date and time.

If you, your child or any attending individual is feeling unwell, please call to reschedule. The studio understands that sometimes this happens. If you must cancel, please try to do so at least 48 hours prior to your session. The session fee is non-refundable but is transferrable for another date/time as agreed.

If you are late, unfortunately you will miss your session time due to the strict run time of the day and you will forfeit your entire session fee.

In the case of not showing up for your session, you forfeit your entire session fee.

Up to 4 children from the same household can be included in a mini session.
Mini sessions are NOT suitable for new borns.
It is recommended children be able to sit unsupported or be able to be held by an adult or older child.

Between your portrait shoot and finalisation of your order your images are fully backed up. Once your session and orders have been finalised, all un-ordered images are deleted 60 days from the finalisation of your order.
Handling, storage and maintenance of your portraits are your responsibility. MAKE SURE YOU BACKUP YOUR DIGITAL FILES.

Clients are to be made aware that there may be slight colour differences between what they view on their home computer compared to what is printed. This is due to the differences in monitor calibration. All monitors used by the studio are fully calibrated. All of our products are produced by professional labs. In short, if you print from Big W and they don’t look the same as from a pro-lab, it is due to the poor quality of the print, not the digital file provided by the studio.

In the instance that anyone develops any cold or flu symptoms prior to the session, please notify the studio at the soonest possible time and a new session time will be arranged.

By accepting this contract you are confirming that anyone over the age of 16 will be fully vaccinated by the date of the booked session as directed by the NSW government.

By attending your photography session it is taken that you agree by the terms above.
