1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in tennis coaching sessions and holiday camps conducted by Higgins Tennis involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, collisions, and general physical exertion.

2. Medical Fitness
I confirm that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in tennis activities. I agree to inform the coach of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to participation.

3. Consent to Participate
I give permission for the participant to take part in all scheduled tennis coaching sessions and related activities conducted by Higgins Tennis.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I authorise ‘Higgins Tennis’ to seek medical treatment for the participant if I cannot be contacted.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I acknowledge and accept that ‘Higgins Tennis’ and its coaches will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where caused by negligence.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Show respect to coaches and other players
- Follow all safety instructions
- Always demonstrate good sportsmanship
Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in removal from the session or camp.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be provided for change of mind.
- If a participant is unable to attend due to illness or injury, a refund may be considered upon receipt of a valid medical certificate within 24 hours of the missed session.
- In the event of wet weather, ’Higgins Tennis’ will make every effort to continue sessions indoors where possible.
- If a full day of camp is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a refund or credit will be provided for that day.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
