Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for this event are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled or postponed by the Organisers. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their tickets to the rescheduled date.

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person by notifying the organisers in advance with the new attendee’s details.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather conditions, venue issues, or government restrictions), the organisers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule, venue, or program without prior notice.
