Public liability is required for all stall holders and must be emailed to communityhubs@cire.org.au once payment has been made. Failure to supply your public liability will result in cancellation of your stall.
No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event.
In the event of inclement weather, this event may be cancelled or postponed. If it is declared a day of Extreme or Code Red Fire danger, the event will be cancelled. If the event is cancelled, full refunds will be offered to stallholders.
Product restrictions:
Not all items are suitable or may be restricted. These include:
• Multi-level marketing & party plan items
• Supermarket or commercial grocery items
• Commercially produced clothing (excluding second-hand and vintage)
• Commercially produced or second-hand manchester
• Mass-produced products, including jewellery & accessories
• Unlicensed (‘knock-off’) products
• Second-hand electrical and machinery goods
• Second-hand furniture (excluding restored/up-cycled furniture items)
• Animals and livestock are excluded by council regulations
If unsure, please feel free to email us to request further details or clarification. The market committee reserves the right to refuse entry or to request vendors to leave, even if approval was previously granted.
Food and consumable products: Food and consumable products must be prepared by council-registered businesses. We reserve the right to request copies of your licences/permits to prepare and sell food products commercially.
