Westside Strikers FC Car Raffle – Terms & Conditions
• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
• Members of the Westside Strikers FC Committee, including immediate family members residing at the same address, are not eligible to enter or win the raffle.
• Each ticket represents one entry. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• The prize is a V8 5.0L VT Holden Commodore – Ex Police vehicle, valued at approximately $15,000. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner is responsible for all registration, transfer, and associated costs.
• The raffle draw will take place on 23 May 2026 at Taylors Hill Recreation Reserve, 121 Calder Park Dr, Taylors Hill VIC 3037, from 1:00pm onwards.
• The winner will be selected at random via an electronic draw. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner’s name may be published on Westside Strikers FC social media channels and/or website.
• If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, a redraw will take place under the same conditions.
• A minimum of 1,500 tickets must be sold for the raffle to proceed. If the minimum number of tickets is not reached, Westside Strikers FC reserves the right to extend the raffle period or cancel the raffle and refund all ticket holders in full.
• Proceeds from ticket sales will first be used to cover the cost of the prize. Remaining funds will support Westside Strikers FC programs, including junior development, female participation, and community initiatives.
• Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be shared externally.
• This raffle will be conducted in accordance with Victorian regulations.
