Adult Tennis Lessons – Participant Guidelines

To ensure all participants have a safe, enjoyable, and positive experience, please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. Arrival & Departure

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session starts to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Sign in and out at the designated area.
Participants are not permitted to leave the session area without notifying the coach.

2. What to Bring

Tennis racquet (equipment is available if needed).
Hat, sunscreen, and drink bottle (stay sun-safe!).
Comfortable sports clothing and suitable tennis shoes.

3. Safety & Behaviour

Participants are expected to listen to coaches and follow instructions at all times.
Respect for others is essential; disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
Coaches reserve the right to remove participants from activities if behaviour poses a risk.

4. Sun Safety & Hydration

Hats must be worn during outdoor activities.
Apply sunscreen before arrival; additional sunscreen will be available for reapplication.
Regular water breaks will be provided — participants are encouraged to stay hydrated.

5. Medical Needs & Allergies

Inform coaches of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to the session.
Any required medication must be clearly labelled and given to a coach with instructions.

6. Equipment & Personal Belongings

Coaches are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Please label all personal belongings clearly.

7. Program Changes & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued; however, a make-up class will be offered where possible. You will be notified via email or phone if changes occur.
