Tickets are refundable only if a request is received on or before Wednesday, 22 April. After this date, all sales are final and non-refundable due to pre-committed catering and venue hire costs.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or ask any attendee to leave the event, where behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with event guidelines. Any such action will be taken with consideration for the comfort and safety of all guests, and refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
