1. Tickets & Entry
Tickets are required for entry and must be presented (printed or digital) on arrival.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

2. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non‑refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, performer illness, venue issues), ticket holders will be notified and offered either a refund or transfer to a rescheduled event.
No refunds will be issued for non‑attendance or change of personal circumstances.

3. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program, performers or schedule if required.
Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

4. Accessibility & Inclusion
The event includes an Auslan Interpreter and is held in an accessible indoor venue.
If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact the organisers prior to the event and we will do our best to assist.

5. Photography & Media
Photographs or video may be taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of images that may include you or your child. If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak with staff on the day.

6. Health & Safety
Attendees participate at their own risk.
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury except where required by law.
Please do not attend if unwell.

7. Code of Conduct
This is a family‑friendly event. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask attendees to leave if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

This is a community‑run, family‑focused event. Ticket sales help cover essential costs including performers, venue hire, accessibility and safety measures.
