1. Bookings and Payment
1.1. All coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
1.2. Payment for a session constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. Payments are non-refundable except as required under the Australian Consumer Law or as expressly provided for in these Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellations and Make-Up Sessions
2.1. If a session is cancelled due to field closure, adverse weather conditions, or by the coach, a make-up session will be scheduled at no additional cost.
2.2. In the event a player is unable to attend due to injury, a make-up session may be arranged at the sole discretion of the coach.
2.3. No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance, late arrival, or player cancellations for reasons other than injury.
3. Acknowledgement of Risk
3.1. Football is a contact sport and carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in coaching sessions, the player (and/or parent/guardian if under 18) acknowledges and accepts these risks.
3.2. While all reasonable care and safety precautions will be taken, the coach cannot guarantee the elimination of all risks associated with participation in football training.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. To the extent permitted by law, the coach and any associated staff shall not be held liable for:
(a) any injury sustained during participation,
(b) loss or damage to personal property, or
(c) any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.
4.2. These Terms & Conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW), which cannot be excluded by law.
5. Medical Responsibility
5.1. It is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian) to ensure that the player is medically fit to participate in football coaching.
5.2. Any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed to the coach prior to participation.
6. Conduct and Safety
6.1. Players are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from the coach at all times to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
6.2. The coach reserves the right to refuse participation if a player’s behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
7. Agreement
7.1. By making payment for a coaching session, the participant (or parent/guardian if under 18) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as set out on the website.
8. Media Consent
8.1. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, the participant (or parent/guardian if under 18) grants consent for photographs and/or videos to be taken during coaching sessions and used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.
8.2. If you do not wish for images or videos of the participant to be used, or if you would like any content removed, please contact us directly and we will promptly address your request.
