**Booking confirmation**
Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received via TryBooking.

**Minimum numbers**
Classes require minimum numbers to proceed. If minimum numbers are not reached, you will be contacted prior to the class date and offered either a transfer to a future class or a full refund.

**Cancellations and refunds**
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the class start time may be eligible for a refund or transfer to a future class.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are non-refundable, as preparation and ingredient purchases will have been completed.

If a child is unwell and unable to attend, please notify as soon as possible. A transfer may be offered where sufficient notice is provided.

**Participant supervision**
This is a drop-off class. Parents or guardians must ensure children are signed in and provide contact details at the time of booking.

Parents or guardians must remain contactable for the duration of the class.

**Allergies and dietary requirements**
Please provide details of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

While care is taken to accommodate allergies where possible, classes are conducted in a home kitchen where common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy may be present.

**Safety and participation**
Reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment. By booking, parents or guardians acknowledge that cooking activities involve the use of kitchen equipment and ingredients.

Participation is at the child’s own risk.

**Behaviour**
Respectful behaviour is expected to ensure a positive experience for all participants. If a child’s behaviour significantly impacts the safety or experience of the group, a parent or guardian may be contacted for early collection.

**Changes to class details**
In the unlikely event that a class needs to be rescheduled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

**Photography**
Occasionally photos of the food creatred may be taken for social media or promotional purposes. Please advise at the time of booking if you do not consent to your child'd food being photographed.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
