SouthLive Fest – James (Nagar Baul) Concert
Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase and Event Attendance

1. Event Organiser
SouthLive Fest is organised and promoted by Vixcope IMC (“Organiser”). Ticketing may be facilitated through an authorised ticketing partner acting as an agent on behalf of the Organiser .

2. Ticket Purchase & Pricing
All ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable.
Additional booking fees, transaction fees, or payment surcharges may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Tickets are issued as eTickets and will be delivered via email upon successful purchase.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 General Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or as outlined below.

3.2 Event Cancellation or Changes
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the face value of the ticket only, excluding booking and transaction fees.
The Organiser reserves the right to:
Change event date, time, venue, seating layout, or program
Add, withdraw, or substitute artists
No refunds will be issued for these changes unless required by law.

3.3 Exceptional Refund Circumstances (Optional Policy)
Refund requests may be considered under specific unforeseen circumstances including:
Serious illness or injury
Death of an immediate family member
Transport disruption or severe weather
Emergency situations beyond the attendee’s control
All such requests:
Must be supported with valid documentation
Must be submitted within 60 days of the event date
Are subject to approval at the organiser’s discretion

4. Entry Conditions
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
The Organiser and venue reserve the right of admission.
Late arrivals may be admitted at an appropriate break in the performance.

5. Behaviour & Conduct
Attendees must:
Behave in a respectful and lawful manner
Not engage in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour
Failure to comply may result in:
Removal from the venue without refund
Denial of entry

6. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
Weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials
Glass bottles, alcohol, or items that may harm others
Laser pointers, loudhailers, or disruptive devices
Professional cameras, audio/video recording equipment (unless authorised)
Items intended for sale without permission
The Organiser reserves the right to search attendees and their belongings.

7. Ticket Resale & Misuse
Tickets must not be resold at a premium, used for promotions, or transferred without written permission.
Breach of this condition may result in:
Ticket cancellation
Refusal of entry

8. Health & Safety
Attendees must comply with all applicable health, safety, and government regulations in force at the time of the event.
The Organiser may enforce additional safety measures as required.

9. Liability
The Organiser is not liable for:
Any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event
Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or profit
Liability, where applicable, is limited to the ticket purchase value.

10. Force Majeure
The Organiser will not be responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Technical failures
Public emergencies

11. Photography & Media
By attending the event:
You consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded
The Organiser may use this content for marketing and promotional purposes

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to Australian jurisdiction.

13. Amendments
The Organiser reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
