1. Bookings & Payments
*All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your place.
*Tickets are limited and allocated on first-in first-served basis.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
*Tickets are non-refundable.
*If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest. Please notify us prior to the event with updated details.
*In the unlikely event that Mulga Belt Living cancels the event, a refund will be provided.
3. Event Changes
*We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, inclusions or speakers if required due to unforseen circumstances.
*Any changes will be communicated where possible and will not impact the overal experience of the event.
4. Weather
*This is an outdoor event. In the case of unsuitable weather, every endeavour will be made to source alternative arrangements to ensure the event proceeds comfortably.
5. Dietary Requirements
*Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking or within a reasonable timeframe prior to the event.
*While we will do our best to accomodate requests, we cannot guarantee all dietary needs can be met.
6. Age Requirement
*This event is designed for guests aged 16 years and over.
7. Retreat & Glamping Accomodation
*Guests booking the Mothers Day Retreat Experience acknowledge that accomodation is provided in a shared glamping setting, unless private upgrade has been arranged.
*Every effort will be made to accomodate guests wishing to share with friends or family.
*Glamping is a nature-based experience and while every effort is made to provide comfort, conditions may vary.
8. Guest Responsibility
*Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
*Any damage to property, furnishings or equipment may be charged to the guest responsible.
9. Photography & Media
*By attending the event, you consent to photography and video being taken for promotional purposes.
*If you prefer not to be included, please advise us prior to the event.
10. Liability
*Mulga Belt Living accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage sustained at the event.
*Guests attend at their own risk and are expected to take reasonable care for their own safety.
