1. Ticket Purchases are Final, No Refund or Exchanges Permitted.
2. Ticket Purchases are Non-Transferable, so ensure you are available to make the date of this event.
3. Tickets are only available through TRYBOOKING portal, no other portal. Tickets can be purchased on the door by a My Little Havana representative entry.
4. In the case this event is cancelled, significantly relocated or rescheduled by the organiser for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be available to ticket holders.
5. Reselling tickets for a price higher than their face value (scalping) is often a breach of conditions and can lead to the ticket being cancelled without a refund, and the bearer refused entry.
6. Our event venue has limited capacity so ensure you purchase your ticket with reasonable time in advance.
7. Right to Refuse Entry/Ejection: The event organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person who is disorderly, uses vulgar language, is drunk, or fails to comply with venue rules.
8. Liability and Risk: Patrons typically attend events at their own risk. The organizer often limits liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event.
9. Prohibited items, such as outside food/drinks, weapons, drugs, or recording equipment, are not permitted inside the venue.
10. Media Consent: By attending the event, patrons often consent to their image and likeness being used in photographs and video recordings for promotional, marketing, and broadcast purposes without compensation.
11. Proof of Purchase and ID: The ticket serves as proof of purchase and must be presented for admission. Proof of identity or age may also be requested, particularly for age-restricted events or concession tickets.
12. Changes to Event Details: Organizers reserve the right to change event times, supporting acts, or seating arrangements. Such changes usually do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, unless the event is fundamentally altered or cancelled.
13. Data Usage: Personal information collected during the purchase process may be used for marketing purposes, but only if consent was provided and in accordance with privacy laws.
