9. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
10. Latecomers may have to wait to for entry by security. There will be no refunds. Doors open 1 hours before the event.
11. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets maybe cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
12. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
13. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
14. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
15. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.

16. PERMITTED ITEMS: As a matter of safety, regular sized fold up chairs are permitted into the general admission area of the concert. Feel free to bring a picnic rug, blanket or a cushion to sit on, but anything too large will not be permitted. Small to medium bags are permitted, but be prepared to have them searched at entry by security. Anything
deemed too large will not be allowed into the venue. Items determined by the venue employees or contractors that may cause injury or public nuisance will be confiscated by security.

17. GENERAL FOOD AND DRINK: No outside food or drinks may be brought into the concert venue. Eskies or hard coolers are not permitted into the venue. There will be free water refill stations in the hotel. Metal bottles and glass will not be allowed into the venue.
