1. In consideration of, and as a condition of acceptance of my entry in the 2026 Falls Creek Ice Plunge (the ‘Event’), I hereby attest and verify that the information I have supplied to Falls Creek Alpine Resort (the ‘Event Organiser’) in this entry registration is true and correct and I understand that any false information which may be found to have been deliberately provided by me, may lead to my disqualification from the Event.

2. I understand and accept that there are inherent risks involved with the event, cold water swimming, entering the water and water-based activities, including but not limited to, drowning, exposure, hypothermia, trips, slips & falls, hidden underwater objects, uneven surfaces, weather that may result in severe injury, paralysis or death.

3. I hereby attest and verify that I am physically fit and healthy for the Event. I further attest and verify that I do not have any physical or other impairment that may make my participation unsafe for myself or others.

4. To the full extent permitted by law, Alpine Resorts Victoria T/S Falls Creek Alpine Resort (ARV-FC) ABN 33 432 219 067, and its servants and agents, hereby excludes any liability for loss, damages, injury or death howsoever arising out of or in relation to the participation by the participant in the activities conducted or organised by ARV-FC including without limitation, liability for any neglect or tortious acts or omissions (other than gross negligence), breach of duty, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty

5. I hereby acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions during the Event.

6. I hereby consent to receive such medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during the Event.

7. I agree to comply with all the rules and directions of Event officials and their servants and/or agents.

8. I hereby grant to the Event Organiser and contractors or suppliers engaged by the Event Organiser in connection with the Event a royalty-free right to use my name, image and likeness in broadcasts, telecasts, media press and materials and promotional materials connected to the Event.

9. I hereby agree that if the Event is cancelled due to storm, rain, inclement weather, winds or other Act of God conditions or other factors beyond the control of the Event Organiser is not liable for any costs incurred by my attendance at the event.

10. I have read the above declaration and conditions of entry associated with The Event and agree to abide by these and all other terms and conditions or directions issued by the Event Organiser.

11. I accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all entries in this order.
