By participating in Innerdance sessions, I voluntarily waive any claims against the organizers, facilitators, or venue for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of the sessions. I understand that Innerdance involves movement, meditation, and deep introspection, and I take full responsibility for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the experience.

I acknowledge that the organizers and facilitators are not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes arising from my participation, including but not limited to physical strain, emotional release, or psychological discomfort. I agree to follow the guidelines provided by the facilitators and to respect the boundaries of myself and others in the session. By accepting this waiver, I affirm my understanding of the inherent risks involved in Innerdance and my commitment to engage in the practice mindfully and responsibly.

Not Suitable for Everyone: Innerdance may not be suitable for everyone, especially individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions such as but not limited to bipolar disorder, epilepsy or schizophrenia. If you have any doubts about your ability to participate, please contact the facilitator or consult with a qualified healthcare professional before engaging in an Innerdance journey. These Innerdance Journeys are for individuals who are aged 16 years and over.

By proceeding with the Innerdance journey, you indicate that you over the age of 16 years, have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
