We have some conditions regarding alcohol for the night:
If staying the night please drop camping items and drinks in an esky in one of the windows outlined below. It has been getting down to 8° here already at night so bring plenty of warm clothes. There is shelter but if it’s wet the right gear may be beneficial.
No glass bottles on the night, so please ensure they buy cans or plastic.
NO bottles of spirits allowed
There will be parents in attendance and only those guests who have completed the information below will be given entry, NO EXCEPTIONS. There will also be two security guards in attendance from 11.30pm Friday to 3.30am Saturday.
Campers can set up Wednesday 8th April all day, Thursday 9th April 9.30am – 11am, 5pm-8pm, Friday 10th April12pm – 3.30.
Campers breakfast at 7.30 collection 7.30am to 10.30am
Camping is in an Open Paddock- no shelter
We are strongly advising against any students driving themselves to and from the venue. It is a narrow and dark road with no street lighting. There is no space to park and we need as much clear space as possible for parents dropping off and picking up.
It would be helpful to bring a small torch for walking to and from the drop off zone.
