Do not share the ticket booking link and invitation with anyone.
No tickets to be resold or used by any other person other than the ticket holder.
No refunds within one week of the event.

By entering the premises, you acknowledge that you accept responsibility for all and any activities that you participate in.

You acknowledge that the owners of the property and organisers of the event including their directors, staff, service providers and agents take all care but no responsibility for any injury caused by you or to you while on the premises or while travelling to or from the premises.

You indemnify and keep indemnified and hold harmless the owners of the property and organisers of the event including their directors, staff, service providers and agents from any damages or loss resulting from your attendance at the event resulting from any injury, theft, loss of property, illness, or death including any personal property left on the premises or in the cloak roam. We recommend keeping any valuable items on your person at all times.

We do have a photo policy that will be circulated prior to the event to the ticket purchaser. We do allow patrons to keep their personal mobile devices and request they always obtain consent of any patron in any image however you acknowledge that we take no responsibility for the publication of these images.

You acknowledge that photography may be used for the promotion of this event, and you grant permission for the publication of your images for the purposes of promotion unless you have identified yourself as not to be photographed as per the photo policy for the event. Any request to have images removed will be granted.

It is your obligation as the ticket purchaser to distribute event details, including the photo and consent policies and these terms, to any person for whom you purchased a ticket on their behalf.

You agree that this notice may be used as an absolute bar to any legal proceedings commenced against the owners of the property or the organisers of the event and indemnify and keep indemnified the owners of the property and the organisers of this event for any legal fees incurred in defending such actions.
