- Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant prior to the event.
- This event will proceed rain, hail or shine, unless cancelled by the organisers or venue due to safety or unforeseen circumstances.
- The Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation – Westgate Branch reserves the right to vary the event program, inclusions or schedule where necessary.
- In the unlikely event the event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be notified, and options will be communicated at that time.
- Participants acknowledge that golf is played at their own risk and agree to follow all venue rules, safety instructions and directions from event officials.
- The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property during the event.
- By attending, participants consent to the use of photographs or video taken at the event for promotional or reporting purposes by the Foundation.
- All funds raised support the purchase of life‑saving medical equipment in memory of Victoria Police employees who have died in the line of duty.
