1. Booking Your Ticket
If you have any questions about the event, please feel free to contact the "Event Organiser".

2. Staying in Touch
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event updates and important information via email from the "Event Organiser".

3. Entry on the Day
Your ticket is your proof of purchase, so please have it ready (either on your phone or printed) when you arrive.

4. Transferring Your Ticket
We understand your plans change. You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else, please let the Event Organiser know no later than 1 pm Monday 13 April 2026.

5. Dietary Requirements
With sufficient notice, the team at Wharf One will do their best to accommodate your dietary needs.

6. Refunds
Please note that all ticket purchases are final and we’re unable to offer refunds.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
