By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from Kreationz Dance.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Participation in a Kreationz Dance workshop or event is based on agreement to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. FIRST AID AND MEDICAL EMERGENCY RELEASE

1.1 In conjunction with government health policies, Kreationz Dance are not legally able to administer first aid without your consent.

1.2 In the event of an injury or accident, you agree to give permission to Kreationz Dance, its owners, operators, and teachers to seek medical treatment, including ambulance, for your child/ren and/or yourself if necessary.

2. CONSENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

2.1 You understand and agree that any activities in which you and/or your child/ren participate in are entirely at your/their own risk.

2.2 You agree to release and hold harmless Kreationz Dance, its owners, operators, contractors and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, intolerance to food, allergic reaction, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned including property, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Kreationz Dance, its owners, operators and teachers or en route to or from any of said premises.

2.3 All Kreationz teaching and administrative staff have a current Working with Children Check.

3. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

3.1 Photos and videos may be taken by Kreationz Dance staff members during a workshop or event, which may be used for promotional purposes such as on flyers and social media. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, you agree to make this known to a Kreationz staff member upon your arrival.

3.2 You agree to seek permission by a Kreationz Dance staff member in order to take photos and video footage at Kreationz. All photos and video footage taken by other parties must not be used in any form or way for the public to view.

4. GENERAL FEES POLICY

4.1 Kreationz Dance reserves the right to change the Schedule of Fees at any point in time without prior notification.

4.2 All workshop and event fees are non-refundable if you terminate your booking once paid for.

4.3 If your booking is cancelled at any time by Kreationz Dance, a credit or refund can be issued at your request.
