ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
• Sites will be available after 2pm Friday. Unfortunately, there is no capacity for early check in. Please check your email from Trybooking for a Rodeo Camping Booking Confirmation which will show your allocated site/s.
• Please follow instructions provided by volunteers/site attendants upon arrival.
• Site Camping Permits will be issued upon arrival and are to be clearly displayed on vehicle windscreens at all times.
• Check out is by 2pm Sunday.
• Download or print a copy of your ticket before arrival due to intermittent internet.
BOOKINGS
• Tickets are purchased through Trybooking for camping only.
• All site fees are payable at time of booking.
• Fees cover both Friday and Saturday nights.
• For group bookings, please ensure bookings are made at the same time to ensure sites are together.
• Sites may need to be changed at the discretion of the Shire of Boddington. You will be contacted if this is the case.
• Each campsite should only be booked by one person/group. If we identify multiple bookings on the same site, later bookings may be moved.
CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations made with 7 days’ notice prior to arrival will receive a full refund - any cancellations within the 7-day period will forfeit the full amount of the booking.
SITES
• Sites are 6m x 8m. Please consider the size of your set up and ensure that all possessions including vehicles fit within this perimeter.
• Limit of 2 vehicles per site.
• Limit of 1 Caravan/Camper per site.
• Multiple tents swags permitted if they are contained within the site perimeter.
• Limit of 4 people per site.
• Sites are unpowered, please note no generators are permitted.
QUIET TIME
• For the comfort of other guests there is a noise curfew of 10pm. All music is to be turned off by 10pm and please keep noise to a minimum to respect your fellow campers.
DUMP POINT
• A dump point is located in front of the Boddington RRR Reduce, Reuse, Recycle facility at 50 Johnstone Street.
• Wipes, including flushable wipes, sanitary pads and nappies should not be disposed of into the dump point, as these can block the system.
BUS SERVICE
• We have a bus that will be doing regular loops between the camping areas and the Rodeo Grounds from midday Saturday. Walking is encouraged for safety if you don’t utilise the bus service.
NOT PERMITTED
The following items are not permitted in the overflow camping area:
• Dogs
• Fires
• Glass
• Generators
• Alcohol

LIABILITY AND RISK NOTICE NOT PERMITTED
• Camping is undertaken at your own risk.
• The Shire of Boddington accepts no responsibility for personal injury, theft, loss or damage to personal property during your stay.
• By booking a site you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
• Police and security reserve the right to search for and seize alcohol and other illegal items from vehicles.
CODE OF CONDUCT
• All campers are expected to behave respectfully toward others, volunteers and staff.
• Anti-social, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal from the campsite without refund.
