Important information:
-By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
-Please arrive ten minutes before the workshop start time for the check-in process. For all non-LA members, there is a waiver form required when checking in.
-LA workshops are for teachers and staff only, therefore parents will need to wait inside the foyer area or “drop & go”.
-Please note there are NO REFUNDS on ticket purchases, however, In the unlikely event that our workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
-What To Bring: Please bring any of the following items you already have: yoga blocks, stretch bands, ankle weights. And don’t forget a big bottle of water!
