Booking Terms and Conditions for Art Classes
By booking a ticket for our art classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the event are non-refundable.
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable between people. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else.
Please notify us in advance if you are transferring your ticket to another person.
4. Class Participation
Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss key parts of the session and will not be eligible for a refund.
All materials required for the class will be provided unless otherwise stated.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings; we are not liable for any lost or damaged items.
5. Health and Safety
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
If a participant behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner, we reserve the right to remove them from the class without a refund.
6. Photography and Media
We may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.
By booking a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
