1. Refund Policy: if the athlete can no longer attend the clinic, a refund will be granted only if an email is sent to ktm.ballas503@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the clinic start time.

3. KTM Ballas, Coach Tre, Sunbury Basketball Association and Boardman Stadium are not liable for injury, illness, and/or death of any participant.
