I understand that the training program has certain risks. I take it upon myself to discuss any medical or health conditions, or any known injuries with the coach. I believe that, to the best of my knowledge, that my child is in good health and I acknowledge that she/he voluntarily participates in this athletics training.
Children will be participating in activities where they may be photographed or filmed. Photographs and videos of athletes may be used in a variety of media to celebrate a child success or, to promote activities of the group, I give permission for the photos/videos that are taken, to be used.
All coaches have been accredited by Athletics NSW or coaching degree and have been trained in accordance with their ethos. All coaches commit to ongoing education and source ideas and information from other, more experienced coaches in the best interest of the children.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
