Tickets are Final: Tickets are non-refundable. Reselling for profit is strictly prohibited.

Conduct & Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for disorderly, unsafe, or offensive behaviour. Security checks will be performed at the entrance.

Transactions at Your Own Risk: All sales, purchases, and trades between any parties at the event are conducted at your own risk. The Organiser does not verify or guarantee the authenticity or condition of any items.

Personal Property: You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Photography & Filming: Your attendance grants consent to be photographed and filmed for promotional use by the Organiser.

Event Changes: The event schedule, vendors, and attractions are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations: If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled entirely.

Governing Law: These terms are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
