The Nambour Lind Lane Theatre Inc, and its’ volunteers & representatives will not be held liable for any errors/omissions/breakages/theft that may arise from time to time as part of the organising and running of this Festival.
Although you have nominated a preferred session for your play. Due to logistics & scheduling, plays may be moved to an alternative session once entries have closed. You will be advised of any possible alterations to the program as soon as practicable after entries have closed.
You must be available to perform in any time slot within the session, and agree to be present at the venue ONE HOUR prior to the session commencing & performing in that session at any time.
Performance/Media Licenses. By filling in this application I acknowledge I have obtained all necessary copyright licenses to perform the associated play including all sound/image and other material that is associated with copyright laws.
