By allowing your child to attend, or by attending as a student, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in the dance involves physical activity (dancing, movement) and high-volume music/lighting, including potential strobe effects. The participant assumes all risks associated with participation, including potential personal injury, falls, or health issues.
2. Liability Release: The Philanthropic Collective - Charity, its employees, agents, and chaperones are not responsible for any personal injury, illness (including COVID-19 or other communicable diseases), or property damage occurring before, during, or after the event on the premises.
3. Behaviour & Safety Rules: Students must comply with all event rules and behavioural guidelines. Lewd behaviour (e.g., grinding) or dangerous activity/ damaging property will result in a warning, followed by removal from the dance without a refund.
4. Security & Property: The Philanthropic Collative - Charity is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. Students are advised to leave valuables at home.
5. Strictly Prohibited: Possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, vaping devices, or illegal drugs will result in immediate removal and possible police involvement, followed by removal from the dance without a refund.
6. Removal & Pick-up: If a student is removed from the dance, parents/guardians will be notified and must pick up the student immediately.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
