2026 St John NT Volunteers Wicked Raffle Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on [insert start date] and closes on 6:00pm Sunday 24 May 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over, including staff and volunteers of St John NT.
4. How to Enter
Tickets may be purchased with cash from authorised St John NT representatives or online through the donate function on the St John NT website (www.stjohnnt.org.au).
Each raffle ticket purchased constitutes one (1) entry into the draw and will be identified by a unique ticket number.
There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase. However, there is a maximum of 1,000 tickets available for sale.
5. Ticket Price
Tickets are available for purchase at $5 each.
6. Prizes
The following prizes are available to be won:
• Paspaley Pearl Bracelet – $1,080
• Spectacular Jumping Crocodile Private Cruise – $800
• Offshore Boats Full Day Charter – $545
• Offshore Boats Vouchers: 10 × $100, 1 × $200, 1 × $300

7. Prize Draw
Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will take place at the St John NT Deckchair Cinema “Wicked” Fundraiser on Sunday 24 May 2026 during the movie screening.
All tickets purchased are entered into the draw to win one (1) of the listed prizes.
Each ticket purchased constitutes one (1) entry and will be identified by a unique ticket number.
Prizes will be drawn in order, with first prize drawn first, followed by second prize and subsequent prizes until all prizes have been drawn.
If a prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of the draw, St John NT reserves the right to redraw the prize.If the draw event cannot occur as
planned, St John NT reserves the right to conduct the draw at an alternative time or location.
8. Winner Notification
Winners do not need to be present at the draw to win.
All winners will be contacted directly using the details provided at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes can be arranged for collection or delivery as appropriate.
9. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Any additional costs associated with redeeming a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Winners do not need to be present at the draw to be eligible to win.Where possible, prizes will be distributed to winners at the draw event.
If a winner is not present at the draw event, prizes may be collected from the St John NT office (50 Dripstone Road, Casuarina NT 0811) or provided electronically in the case of e
vouchers.
If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond St John NT’s control, St John NT reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, St John NT will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners and will be handled in accordance with the St John NT privacy
policy.
12. Refund Policy
All ticket purchases for the St John NT Wicked Raffle are final and non-refundable.
As this raffle is a fundraising activity supporting St John NT Volunteers, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred once purchased, including in the case of change of mind
or inability to attend the event.
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
If the raffle is unable to proceed as planned, St John NT reserves the right to make any necessary changes in accordance with applicable regulations.

Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

St John NT’s decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion, including the draw and the awarding of prizes, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
