High Country Disco Terms and Conditions
1. On the purchase of this product, you are consenting to the below terms and conditions.
2. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
3. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
4. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
5. Refunds are not available so please choose carefully when purchasing your ticket.
6. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
7. The Event organiser has the right to ask you and/or your child to leave at any time due to unpleasant or unsafe behaviour with no reimbursement of ticket cost.
8. There is to be no running, obnoxious or abusive behaviours of any kind. Anyone displaying these behaviours can be told to leave without warning and will not receive a refund of any kind. Refusal to leave when requested will result in the police being called.
9. High Country Disco expects the guardian to explain to the child in their care the behaviours that will not be tolerated and the outcome if they should occur.
10. Proof of age may be requested and refusal upon request may result in entre denied. Any persons trying to obtain entry as a disco dancer that doesn’t fit the category of a child with a legitimate ticket will be refused entry with no available refund.
11. No child with any injury or contagious illness is to perform this activity.
12. On the purchase of this ticket, you are accepting that dancing can be a dangerous activity and can result in injury, illness or death. Therefore, High-Country Disco takes no responsibility for such events or outcomes.
13. High Country Disco is not responsible for any third-party incidents.
14. It is the responsibility of the guardian to inform High Country Disco host at the time of any incidents. An incident report will then be performed promptly to the satisfaction for the guardian and High-Country Disco host.
15. Any incidents reported after the fact will not be the responsibility of High Country Disco.
16. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means.
17. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting High Country Disco PTY Ltd.
18. Any damage to High Country Disco equipment will result in repair costs/replacement cost being passed onto the person/guardian responsible and or loss of bond.
