All ticket sales are final once confirmed. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available unless required by law. Please make sure you print or download your e-ticket and bring it with you to exchange for a wristband at the Ticket Office.

Entry to the venue is at your own risk, and all guests must follow the venue rules. The Event Organiser and Venue are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delays, or extra expenses related to the event, including anything involving third parties.

Anyone behaving in an antisocial, intoxicated, or disruptive way may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund. No BYO drinks allowed. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.

The Event Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change ticket prices, supporting acts, or cancel the event at any time without prior notice. If the event is cancelled, refunds will cover the ticket price only (booking and handling fees are not included).
