By attending this event and participating in the free dinner, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

General Event Conditions
This event is a free community event is presented by Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Association Inc.

Admission: This event is open to the public, but all attendees must pre-register online to secure a free spot. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once maximum capacity is reached. Your registration grants you admission to the spiritual event and access to the free dinner prasadam (subject to availability).

Consent to Communication: By registering for this event, you consent to receive important event-related communication via email from the event organizers.

Right of Admission Reserved: The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who is displaying disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. Entry to the event is subject to management approval and venue capacity. The organizers also reserve the right to revoke any ticket registrations at their discretion.

Changes to Program: The organizers reserve the right to modify the event date, time, venue, or format as necessary. In case of any significant changes, registered attendees will be notified via email.

Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.

Liability Waiver: Attendance at the event is entirely at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event. By attending this event, you agree to not hold the event organizers, volunteers, and venue for any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers or otherwise, while participating in the event and dinner.

Food Allergy and Dietary Information
Assumption of Risk: While we endeavor to provide a safe dining experience, the free dinner is offered with a variety of dishes and ingredients. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Attendees with known food allergies or dietary restrictions participate in the dinner at their own risk.

No Allergen-Free Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that any dish will be free from specific allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, etc.), as food is prepared in a communal setting and may contain traces of allergens due to cross-contamination.

Personal Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inquire about ingredients if you have concerns and to make informed decisions about what you consume. Our volunteers are not trained to provide medical advice regarding food allergies.

Children's Play Area
Parental Supervision Required: A kids' play area is available on the premises for your convenience. However, all children must be administered (supervised) by their parents or guardians at all times while in the play area and throughout the event premises. The organizers are not responsible for the supervision of children.

Media Consent
This event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and publicity purposes. By attending, you grant the organizers permission to use your image or voice in future event materials unless a written request to opt out is submitted prior to the event.

Parking Information
Very limited Parking is available inside the premises.

Street Parking: Street parking is available around in the area.

Parking Regulations: Please do not park on any driveway or in "no stopping" zones. Be mindful of road safety rules and avoid inconveniencing residents of the area.
