By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
Entry & Event Details
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
No pass-outs – re-entry is not permitted.
Event hours: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM.
Bistro open from 12:00 PM, last orders at 6:00 PM.
This is a family-friendly, licensed event. Valid ID may be required.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including illness.
The event will proceed rain, hail, or shine.
If the event is cancelled by organisers, refund details will be provided.
What You Can Bring
Small camping chairs and picnic blankets are permitted.
Light snacks (chips, dips, crackers, etc.) are allowed.
No BYO alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water, or external catering.
All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
Food & Beverages
Food trucks will operate throughout the event.
The club bar and bistro will be open.
No member discounts apply at the bar or bistro on event day.
Conditions of Entry & Liability
Entry is at your own risk.
The organiser and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
All patrons must comply with RSA laws, venue rules, and staff directions.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons for intoxication, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to photography and video recording.
Images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to change event details if required.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event updates via email from the organiser.
