Victoria Park State School Centenary Cocktail Party – Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify the organisers of any transfer prior to the event.

2. Event Details

The Victoria Park State School Centenary Cocktail Party will be held on Friday 31 July 2026 at Oceans International, Mackay.
Event details are subject to change if required. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact details provided at booking.

3. Attendance

This is a social event celebrating the Centenary of Victoria Park State School.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards venue staff, event organisers and fellow attendees.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

4. Food & Dietary Requirements

Please advise any dietary requirements during the booking process where requested.
While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, this cannot be guaranteed.

5. Photography & Media

Photographs and video may be taken during the event for promotional, historical and archival purposes.
By attending, guests consent to the use of images and recordings in Victoria Park State School and P&C publications, social media, website content and future Centenary materials.

6. Liability

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
Victoria Park State School, the P&C Association and event organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for event management and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available refund options or alternative arrangements.

9. Dress Code

Dress code: Cocktail Attire.

10. Alcohol Service

Alcohol will only be served in accordance with Queensland liquor licensing laws.
Guests may be required to provide proof of age upon request.
