Turning Point Dance – School Holiday Dance Workshop

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your child’s place in the workshop.

Early Bird pricing is available for bookings made on or before 19 April. After this date, the regular workshop fee will apply.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

Workshop fees are non-refundable once booked.

In the event that your child is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible. Where possible, a credit may be offered at the discretion of Turning Point Dance.

If Turning Point Dance is required to cancel the workshop, a full refund will be provided.

Attendance

The workshop is designed as a three-day program, and children are encouraged to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the experience.

No refunds or partial credits will be provided for missed classes.

What to Wear

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

Ballet shoes are not required. Hair should be neatly tied back.

Behaviour & Participation

Turning Point Dance aims to provide a safe, supportive and structured environment for all students.

Children are expected to follow instructions, participate respectfully and behave appropriately during the workshop.

Turning Point Dance reserves the right to withdraw a student from the workshop if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

Medical & Emergency Information

Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date medical and emergency contact information at the time of booking.

Any relevant medical conditions, allergies or additional needs must be disclosed prior to the workshop.

Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for your child to be included, please notify us in writing prior to the workshop. office@tpdance.com.au

Liability

While all care is taken, Turning Point Dance accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to personal belongings.

Participation in the workshop is at the student’s own risk.

Enrolment Opportunity

Participation in the workshop does not guarantee placement in ongoing classes; however, it provides an opportunity to experience training at Turning Point Dance.

Workshop fees may be credited towards Term enrolment at the discretion of the school.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
