Refund Policy
No refunds are offered after classes have started or within 4 weeks of the class start date.
Missed classes are non-refundable and non-discountable.
If a refund is approved, it may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
Instalment Policy
If enrolled under an instalment plan, all remaining instalments must be paid in full, regardless of circumstances.
Missed Class Policy
Make-up classes, refunds, or discounts are not available for missed sessions.
This policy helps maintain consistent learning, staffing, and venue arrangements.
Minimum Enrolment Period
The minimum enrolment period is one full term.
Students joining mid-term will be charged pro-rata fees.
Change of Information
Parents/guardians must notify Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth of any changes to contact details, medical conditions, or emergency information.
Medical
In case of injury or illness, I authorise necessary medical treatment and accept responsibility for any related costs.
I confirm that my child is fit to participate in classes and is not under treatment for any condition that could make participation unsafe.
Casual Booking Policy
Bookings and payments are for full term periods only.
Casual or week-by-week bookings are not available.
Students enrolling mid-term will be charged a pro-rata rate.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be made before the student attends class.
Non-payment may result in withdrawal from the program.
Cancellations and Timetable
Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth reserves the right to modify or cancel classes, schedules, or fees at any time.
Class times, durations, and venues may change depending on enrolment numbers.
Payments
Payments may be made through an approved third-party provider or direct bank transfer.
Any additional bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer.
Pick-Up Punctuality
Parents/guardians must collect their child on time after class.
A late fee of $10 per 15 minutes applies for late pickups.
Repeated lateness may result in cancellation of enrolment.
Disciplinary Actions
Young Engineers Greater Metro Perth reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrolment for any student displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
Bullying, inappropriate language, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may lead to removal without refund.
Behaviour concerns will be discussed with parents, and continued issues may result in permanent withdrawal from the program.
Privacy Policy
All personal information will be collected and stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws and used only for enrolment and program management purposes.
Damage Fee
If a student damages any equipment or kits, parents/guardians may be required to pay a replacement fee of up to $250.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Students are supervised only during class time.
Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection from the classroom before and after each lesson.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
