Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made more than a month before the hire period will receive a refund, minus a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations within 1 month of the hire period will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the hire period are non-refundable.
Photography & Social Media
Please note that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the events held at Hideaway Lane. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes across our social media platforms and website. By attending an event, you consent to the use of such images unless we are notified in writing. Hideaway Lane is not liable for images or content captured and shared by guests or third parties on social media or other platforms.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
