REFUNDS & NAME CHANGES
A) If you are unable to attend the event due to change of mind or any other reasons including but not limited to health and personal reasons, you are required to provide at least 7 days written notice to info@bachatafestival.com.au before the first date of the festival. You may choose to obtain a refund (minus 25% cancellation fee) or a credit note of the full paid amount to be used towards the next year's event.

If you notify us within 7 days of the start of the event you are not eligible to receive a refund or a credit note.

B) You can request transfer your pass to another attendee, for a fee of $75 up to 7 days before the start of the festival.

WRISTBAND (IMPORTANT)
You must keep your wristband the whole time during the event. The cost to replace your wristband is $75

MASTER WORKSHOPS, BOOTCAMP & WELCOME PARTY are additional to the FULL PASS
