Photography and video recording consent

This event may involve photography and/or video recording of participants and attendees by the event organisers or third parties authorised by the event organisers. The photography and/or video recording may include images or recordings of attendees, speakers, performers and staff.

The event organisers may use the images and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on the event website, social media and marketing materials to publicise and promote CamSoc NSW activities to key stakeholders and the general public.

By attending the event you give your consent to the event organisers to use the images and recordings as described above. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event organisers and make every effort to avoid being in areas where photography and/or video recording is taking place.

You will not receive any compensation for the use of your image or recording in connection with the event.

By attending the event you acknowledge and understand that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to the photography and/or video recording of the event.

This event will be photographed and the footage may be shared with others in future for CamSoc NSW promotional purposes.
